Perth is the longest freight run we do, so the honest advice is to plan around it: order a little earlier than you would locally, and order enough in one go that you aren't paying to cross the country twice. Everything else works the same as for a Sydney customer. You design, price and approve the job online and we print it in our own studio.
Sydney is two hours ahead of Perth, three during daylight saving, so our 9 to 4 is roughly 7 to 2 your time in winter and 6 to 1 in summer.
